Chef De Partie
A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this award winning Luxury Hotel. The Head Chef is looking for somebody who has a stable background of at least 3 - 4 years in the industry in ideally rosette kitchens.
Daily duties will include preparing a wide range of dishes and garnishes for the fine dining restaurant and creating memorable dining experiences for its discerning customers.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to learn the dishes to the standard set by the Head Chef. At this stage of your career it is understood that you will still be learning and developing your cooking techniques however you will be expected to have excellent knife skills, a strong desire to learn more and the required skills to be able to run your own section.
As Chef de Partie you would be trained to work in all sections of the kitchen and get continuous training.
Excellent Basic Salary of up to £16k
