"We had made a special request concerning my wife's dietary requirements - your staff were extremely helpful and we were particularly impressed with the provision of gluten-free bread with all meals. This attention to detail was extremely considerate. We were also extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel & the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The personal tour on arrival is a really nice touch"

"We had been involved in a 135 mile traffic jam - from Birmingham to Manchester!....When we did eventually arrive at 8.30 pm the wonderful atmosphere which greeted us was superb after being encased in a car for eight hours! We were greeted with much sympathy for our 'epic journey' and were then assured that we had plenty of time for a shower and a couple of drinks and that the dining room would be expecting us! Wonderful!!

We weren't sure whether or not it would be a suitable place for a 10 month old, but I must say that we couldn't have chosen a better retreat for the whole family.
