Eden Ostrich World, Langwathby, Near Penrith
Set in Langwathby, 5 miles east of Penrith.  Eden Ostrich World is an award-winning attraction, offering a fun day out for all the family.  Meet Ostriches and see baby ostriches hatching in the hatchery.  There are rare breed animals including Pozee - a Zebroid, there's a pets corner, and children can enjoy the adventure play areas.  There is a stunning riverside walk along the River Eden deemed a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest).  You can also enjoy a Jeep Safari and learn about the Eden flood plains.  There are plenty of picnic areas, or if the weather is not so good there is the farmhouse tea room serving homemade wares including their speciality - sheep's milk ice cream.  The Hayloft Gallery & Gift shops offer the perfect place to shop with an array of unique gifts presents.

Rheged, Near Penrith
An all-weather, all year round attraction Rheged is named after Cumbria's Celtic Kingdom.  Rheged is an international award winning visitor attraction, providing an excellent day out for all the family.  It is Europe's largest grass-covered building- designed to resemble a Lakeland hill.  Inside you will discover a cinema screen that's bigger than six double decker buses!  There are 4 spectacular giant movies: Rheged - The Movie, Everest, Forces of Nature and Dolphins.  There is also Everest - the Top of the World Exhibition The Helly Hansen National Mountaineering Exhibition, a restaurant and coffee shop and speciality shops / artists galleries offering the very best that Cumbria has to offer.

Cars of the Stars Motor Museum, Keswick
A motor museum with a difference; it features vehicles from TV & Films including Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Fab 1, Harry Potter's Ford Anglia, Batmobiles, Dukes of Hazzard and James Bond's Aston Martin.  A fun attraction that has something for all the family to enjoy!

World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, Bowness-on-Windermere
